The 16th Chongqing International Battery Technology Exchange/Exhibition (CIBF2024) with the theme of "Chain the world, empower green and drive the future" was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center from April 27 to 29, 2024. This product is primarily designed for the collection and compression of aluminum foil and copper foil waste during the slitting process or die-cutting process of lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials. Our company has successfully applied this technology to projects, with simple operation, tight and not loose waste compaction, safe and reliable discharge, no secondary dust leakage, and stable operation.

By using a plastic burnt filter plate as the filter element, the core filter material is different from the bag and filter cartridge. Its unique material, surface material, and surface treatment make it suitable for working conditions that other filter elements cannot handle, and it has an excellent filtration effect.

The zeolite concentration wheel is an industry-recognized sustainable and efficient waste gas treatment product, with a purification efficiency of over 95%.

IDC dust collector series

It is suitable for centralized dust removal in the whole process section of lithium battery production, and can be designed according to process conditions and dust characteristics. At the same time, the device can be connected to the Maycare Intelligent IOT Internet of Things platform, effectively displaying the operation of the device and reducing system energy consumption.
